1. Shipping / Delivery of Digital Products

  • Instant Delivery: All digital products (license keys, SaaS login credentials, downloads, training access) are delivered electronically via email or through our secured platforms.
  • Delivery Timeline: In most cases, delivery is instant after payment confirmation. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to verification or technical checks.
  • Customers must ensure that a valid email address is provided at the time of purchase.
  • No physical shipping is required or applicable.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital and SaaS products, once a license key, subscription, or access link is issued, it cannot be exchanged.
  • If you receive the wrong product/access due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong plan activated, incorrect license issued), we will correct it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are not possible if the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer during purchase.

3. Important Notes

  • All sales are final once the product is delivered.
  • We strongly recommend checking product details, system requirements, and subscription plans before purchase.
