At AJS Innovations Private Limited,we provide digital software products, SaaS subscriptions, and online training services. This policy explains how delivery (shipping) and exchanges are handled.
1. Shipping / Delivery of Digital Products
- Instant Delivery: All digital products (license keys, SaaS login credentials, downloads, training access) are delivered electronically via email or through our secured platforms.
- Delivery Timeline: In most cases, delivery is instant after payment confirmation. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to verification or technical checks.
- Customers must ensure that a valid email address is provided at the time of purchase.
- No physical shipping is required or applicable.
2. Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of digital and SaaS products, once a license key, subscription, or access link is issued, it cannot be exchanged.
- If you receive the wrong product/access due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong plan activated, incorrect license issued), we will correct it at no additional cost.
- Exchanges are not possible if the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer during purchase.
3. Important Notes
- All sales are final once the product is delivered.
- We strongly recommend checking product details, system requirements, and subscription plans before purchase.
