Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AJS Innovations Private Limited, we are committed to delivering innovative IT solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our software products, SaaS platforms, and digital services.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases of software licenses, subscriptions, and digital tools are considered final.
  • Refunds are allowed only under specific conditions (see below).

2. Software Licenses (One-Time Purchase)

  • Once a license key is issued/activated, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
  • Customers are advised to review system requirements and request a demo/trial before purchase, if available.

3. SaaS Products & Subscriptions (e.g., Invitd.in, Adirva Cloud)

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals, but there are no refunds for the current billing cycle.
  • Free trial users can cancel anytime during the trial period without charges.

4. Training & Digital Workshops

  • Cancellation 7 days before program start → 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before program start → 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before start → No refund.
  • If AJS Innovations cancels/postpones a session, customers may choose a full refund or rescheduled session.

5. Service-Based Projects (Custom Development / Integrations)

  • Advance payments for project initiation are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, refunds will be calculated based on completed milestones/work delivered.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any bank/payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
